摘要
Here, Fe-16Mn-10Al-1.5 C-0.1Ti steel was prepared, and the role of ferrite in the wear and corrosion behaviors of dual-phase lightweight steel was studied. The wear mechanisms considered in this study include abrasive, adhesive, and fatigue wear. There is deformation mismatch between ferrite and austenite. The increase in ferrite makes it easier for cracks to initiate and expand, deteriorating the wear performance. Furthermore, the increase in ferrite increases the number density of corrosion microcells within the matrix, deteriorating the corrosion resistance. Thus, the increase in ferrite decreases the wear and corrosion resistance of dual-phase lightweight steels.
