摘要
We report an improved two-step method for the develop-ment of highly efficient organometal halide perovskite solar cells (PSCs). The improvement of the two-step method has been achieved with the modification of the metal halide template and the controlling of the dipping solution temperature. With a single cation methylammonium lead iodide PSC fabricated via a modified PbI2 template and the dipping solution temperature of 70 degrees C, we have accomplished a PCE of 17.14% enhanced from the conventional two-step methods.
