摘要
This article investigates the synchronization issue of multi-agent systems for directed networks under denial-of-service (DoS) attacks. It is noted the concerned DoS attacks maliciously interrupt communi-cation among agents by destroying communication channels, and further break the synchronization goal. In the actual situations, the effective frequency and accurate duration of attacks are usually restricted due to attackers are obstructed from all sides. One question, therefore, is worth considering: is there a criterion to determine whether the synchronization can be realized for directed multi-agent networks suffering from DoS attack with constrained frequencies and durations? In view of that, sufficient criteria are given to insure the globally exponentially synchronization for the considered multi-agent systems over insecure networks under the involved DoS attacks with restricted frequencies and durations. Furthermore, effective impulsive control protocols are designed to attenuate destructive effects of DoS attacks. With the aid of novel impulsive control scheme, it shows that the addressed synchronization issue of the considered multi-agent systems will be effectively achieved through selecting suitable impulse gain. Finally, two numerical examples verify the validity of the derived results.(c) 2023 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
