摘要
The concept of obedience to law has been profoundly developed in professor's Javier de Lucas intellectual endeavor. Throughout his prolific career, de Lucas has written in an original, profound, and brilliant way about obedience, thus offering great tools to critically look at reality and the manifestations of disobedience that there may appear. In this paper, we focus on some of de Lucas' reflections about the concept of civil disobedience, with a mention to activist Dorothy Day, who featured important civil disobedience actions in the United States during the second half of the 20th century.
