摘要
During the periods of global stagnation, which started with the oil crisis and continued with the 2008 crisis, studies on terms related to the use of adequate energy services due to payment conditions, especially in developed countries, are quite high. In this study, which aims to compile the studies on energy poverty in the world, summarizing the approaches of academic publications, regulations and institutional reports in chronological order, the current information obtained in the last part of the study and the words proposed as national response will be seen.
