A new fossil frog crab (Brachyura, Lyreididae) from the Eocene of northeastern Pacific

摘要：
The study of several specimens from the middle- upper Eocene Yamhill Formation collect-ed along Mill Creek (Polk County, Oregon) and one specimen from the middle Eocene Blue Mountain Unit (Washington State) allowed the reappraisal of Macroacaena leucosiae (RATHBUN, 1932), known to date by one sole specimen. This reassessment highlighted some morphological characters, such as orbits with one fissure; short, entire (spineless) anterolateral margins; one raised, short, narrow antero-lateral carina; raised, axial longitudinal carina running from the mesogastric to the intestinal regions; and strongly swollen branchial regions that do not fit the main diagnostic characters of Macroacaena. Therefore, Oregonina n. gen. is herein proposed to accommodate the species leucosiae. Oregonina n. gen. represents the sixth genus within the Lyreidinae GUINOT, 1993.
