摘要
A design of single feed, dual band and dual polarized microstrip patch antenna is presented here. The dual bands 2.2 GHz - 2.3 GHz and 2.7 GHz - 2.8 GHz with 63 MHz and 82 MHz bandwidth respectively, radiating at linear and circular polarizations. A single coaxial probe feed is used and design implemented in CST microwave studio. Resonant frequencies obtained at 2.23 GHz and 2.73 GHz with reflection coefficient of -32.32 dB for linear polarization in first band and - 23.21 dB for circular polarization in second band. Circular polarization is achieved by trimming corners and diagonal feed point on patch.
