摘要
Many pyrazoles-based Schiff bases were reported to show high movement towards bacterial, parasitic strains and dangerous cell lines. Another pyrazole based 'NO' bidentate ligand, 5-methyl-3-((5-nitrosalicylidene) amino)-pyrazole (HMNP) has been prepared by using 3-amino-5-methylpyrazole with 5-nitrosalicylaldehyde. Deliber-ating the significance of metal complexes in the advancement of clinical science, Co+2, Ni+2, Cu+2, and Zn+2 metal complexes were also synthesized with the novel Schiff base. The characterization of the HMNP and its metal complexes was carried out by, Infra-Red, 1H NMR, elemental assays, mass spectra, fluorescence, UV-Vis, Cyclic voltammetry, thermogravimetry analysis (TGA-DTA), magnetic moments. With the help of different methods, square planar geometry was suggested for copper complexes and for cobalt, nickel and zinc complexes Oh geometry has been suggested. Kinetic parameters for the (1:1) metal complexes were calculated with the help Coats-Redfern equations. The fluorescence spectra of HMNP and its metal complexes results enhanced fluo-rescence signal than the novel Schiff base. The cell reinforcement properties of the new compounds were investigated by utilizing diverse in vitro measures. Anticancer activity against the colorectal HCT-116 cell and antibacterial activity against the food-borne pathogens namely (Gram-positive) Staphylococcus aureus, Clostridium perfringens, Listeria monocytogenes, and (Gram-negative) Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and antifungal activity towards the fungi Aspergillus fumigatus, Aspergillus niger and Candida albicans were performed using every one of the compounds and results show improved action of the metal complexes than the ligand.
