摘要
In this work, two types self-healing phases, SiBCN and SiB6, with low complex permittivity were introduced into SiCf/Si3N4 composite to improve the oxidation resistance. The oxidation behavior of composites depends on the cracking degree and crack-healing ability of the matrix. With the incorporation of SiBCN and SiB6, a large amount of glass phase can be generated, and the cracks can be better filled even the serious matrix crack. After the oxidation of 1200 celcius, the residual strength of SiCf/Si3N4 composite incorporating SiBCN and SiB6 can reach 227 MPa, while that of SiCf/Si3N4 was as low as 120 MPa.
