摘要
The article analyzes the development of the phenomenon of personality in Tuvan culture, which is one of the many manifestations of contradictory and multilevel processes of modernization and globalization. The dialogical development of Tuvan culture leads to the synthesis of many cultural phenomena that form the modern existence of Tuvan culture. The absence of ontological and anthropological foundations for the natural formation of this phenomenon in Tuvan culture is revealed. The author reveals the inconsistency of the universal application of the concepts of European-rational philosophy to the analysis of the understanding of a person formed in specific conditions. The study showed that traditional cultures did not form and did not use universally rational thinking, which did not lead to the formation of a subject-object dichotomy in worldview and cognition. The reason for this phenomenon is syncretism, as well as a lack of analytical separation of aspects of human existence. The author infers that in traditional cultures there is no analogue of the word "personality", which is created in the cosmic-logical analysis of being, spread in the ancient philosophical tradition and Christian-theological philosophy. As a result, the subject-subject model of interaction forms a special moral model, which is only superficially revealed in cultures other than European. In modern times, the phenomenon of personality is necessarily formed in Tuvan culture, which changes the mechanisms of socialization and initiation. There are new meanings in the self-identification of Tuvans. Modernization brings to Tuvan culture the substantialism of the European worldview, and globalization unifies the development of cultural and historical tradition. The need for a methodologically complete analysis of the understanding of man in traditional cultures is emphasized, which will allow a deeper understanding of human manifestations, as well as form a more effective development of cultural and historical traditions in the future.
