摘要
Flexible use of emotion regulation strategies is thought to be critical for adaptive outcomes. In the proposed study, participants will rate intensity and long-term motives and their use of emotion regulation strategies for each of 11 vignettes. We shall examine associations between flexible use of reappraisal, rumination, and acceptance, and well-being and mental health outcomes.
