摘要
Fifteen compounds were isolated from the roots of Stellera chamaejasme L., including six lignans (1-6), one coumarin (7), five diarylpentanes (8-12), two penylpropanoids (13-14), and one alkaloid (15). The structures of these compounds were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic methods and comparison with literature data. This is the first report on the occurrence of compounds 1-3, 6, 8-9, 11, 13-15 in the family Thymelaeaceae, and compounds 4, 5, and 12 are the first reported in genus Stellera Linn. The network analysis of all isolated compounds was described to illustrate the significance of taxonomy. The presence of these congenetic lignans (1-6) may be used for the identification of Stellera genus.
