摘要
In this research, 1 at.% Ho3+, x at.% Yb3+: NaY0.1Gd0.9(WO4)2 (x = 2, 4, 6, 8, 10) crystals were successfully prepared by Czochralski method. The XRD results demonstrated that the tetragonal structure of NaY0.1Gd0.9(WO4)2 cannot be changed by doping Ho3+ and Yb3+ ions. According to the absorption spectrum, emission spectrum and decay curve of the crystals, the J-O intensity parameter and emission cross-section can be obtained. These results showed that the as-prepared Ho3+, Yb3+: NaY0.1Gd0.9(WO4)2 crystal was suitable as candidates for 2.0 & mu;m near-infrared laser gain material.
