In this paper, we study the Lp-boundedness of the commutator [b,S delta R(H)](f) = bS delta R(H)f-S delta R(H)(bf)of a BMO function band the Bochner-Riesz means S delta R(H) for Hermite operator H = -? + |x|2 on Rn, n >= 2. We show that if delta > delta(q) = n(1/q -1/2) -1/2, the commutator [b,S delta R(H)]is bounded on Lp(Rn) whenever q < p
