摘要
Multifunctional sensing platforms are useful for classifying and quantifying different analytes. This work presents a simple optical sensor based on porous silicon film modified using open-air pyrolysis with 10-undecenoic acid. The fabricated structure was characterized using vis-NIR reflectance spectroscopy and the functional groups were identified using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. With respect to the control, the proposed undecenoic acid passivated porous silicon nanostructured film has been tested as reusable ethanol sensor in water.
