摘要
With the continuous acceleration of digital transformation, significant changes have occurred in the tourism labor market. Using the data of China's listed tourism companies, this paper analyzes the impact of digital transformation on tourism employment. The findings are as follows: First, digital transformation has promoted employment growth of tourism companies. Second, digital transformation increases the demand for high-skilled workers and squeezes out some low-skilled workers, thus adjusting the employment structure of tourism companies. The results provide detailed evidence for the employment changes in the tourism labor market under the background of the digital economy.
