摘要
The chemical adsorption was found to occur between aluminium and organic corrosion inhibitors, and lone pairs of electrons of N, O and S of functional groups on the organic compounds were shown to mediate the formation of bonds to produce films on aluminium. The corrosion inhibition rates of the films formed by aniline, thiourea, and n-butanol organics were found to be 46.62%, 64.88% and 49.52%, respectively. Functional groups of organic inhibitors containing N, O, S with lone-pair electrons chemically bond with aluminum to inhibit corrosion.
