摘要：

In the economic scenario, companies must make timely and accurate decisions based on the company's actual situation, which is related to the company's survival. However, drastic changes in the behavior of world markets and in the relationship between people and industries have surprised organizations, which are unable to meet such requirements. Therefore, the objective was to analyze the macro and micro economic factors that affected the variation of fuel in Brazil from the perspective of the company Petrobras S.A. during the Bolsonaro government with interference from the war in Ukraine. The adopted methodology is bibliographic research, of descriptive character.
