Stratification Languages of Socio-economic Systems

The creation of effective information technologies for decision support in the SES is associated with the construction of languages hierarchical system that describe the subject area of management at different generalization levels. The article dealswith the problem of languages relationship for a multilevel description of socio-economic systems (SES) and formulates the conditions for their informational unity. Characteristics of multilevel description languages of SES are given and their classification is introduced. The problem of aggregation and disaggregation of the SES descriptions in the decision-making process is considered. The probabilistic concept of the language is presented, which allows to take a fresh look at the problem of informational unity of the SES description. The Bayesian language model is considered and its mathematical form is given. The probabilistic language model allows to build languages semantic scale, thus classification of language systems according to the probabilistic structure of semantic content, where each language is characterized by the size and blurring of signs' meanings intervals adopted in it. In the study and forecasting of social nature objects at each level of generality of analysis, several languages for describing the system are used, which together implement all the functions of science - descriptive, explanatory and predictive. The necessary conditions for the information unity of the multilevel description of the SES are given. The considered features of the theory languages allow us to state that it is possible to speak about any formal principles of informational unity of a multilevel theoretical description of social systems only if the theory formalization degree of is sufficiently high. #COMESYSO1120.
