摘要
This paper proposes an error allocation method based on sensitivity analysis and optimized genetic algorithm, which allocates the errors of the five-axis ultra-precision machine tool. Firstly, a geometric error model of the five-axis ultra-precision machine tool is established. Then, the sensitivity indices of the errors are calculated, and the error boundaries and cost boundaries for error allocation are set according to the indices. Finally, the error allocation is carried out by using optimized genetic algorithm, and the results of the error allocation are verified by an error synthesis model. It is proved that the error allocation of five-axis ultra-precision machine tools can be quickly and accurately achieved with the method proposed in this paper.
