摘要
We design, fabricate, and demonstrate four-wavelength coherent receiver integrated on a compact silicon chip that utilizes an optical frequency comb as a local oscillator. Through a proof-of-concept experiment, successful detection of multi-wavelength 20-GBd QPSK signals is demonstrated.
