摘要
The food segment is diversified and renewed due to the needs, desires, and increased demands of consumers. In the evolution of society, a defining role is the issue of nutrition which is quite complex, wide-ranging and contradictory. The purpose of this study is to identify the behavior of the Romanian bread consumer. It was used as a research method for conducting the case study opinion survey, the research tool being the questionnaire, in online format. In order to make the research as rigorous as possible, it was calculated by means of chi(2) whether certain variables such as sex, environment, income and age influence consumption.
