A CONTRIBUTION TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE READING ACTIVITIES BASED ON THE BNCC AND OTHER THEORIES

摘要
This research aims to contribute to the development of English language reading activities, based on theories available, according to BNCC. The methodology that corresponds to this study is a qualitative and bibliographical study. From the obtained results, it was found the possibility to organize a summary table which subsidizes the reading activities, concerning the BNCC and based on the theoretical foundation. In conclusion, it is expected that the teacher will be able to mediate the student's comprehension by organizing three reading steps, also, contribute to the students' reading skills' development.
