摘要：
Extrakorporale lebensunterstutzende Ma ss nahmen (engl. extracorporeal life support, ECLS) sind eine akzeptierte Behandlungsmodalitat fur kritisch kranke Kinder mit schwerer kardialer und/oder respiratorischer Dysfunktion. Aufgrund einer Phase der inadaquaten Magen-Darm-Durchblutung in dieser Situation besteht oft Zuruckhaltung bei der Einleitung der enteralen Ernahrung.
