摘要
We experimentally demonstrated 10 km transmission of 225 Gb/s PAM4 modulation signal using our developed high-speed EMLs with a hybrid waveguide structure. Clear eye patterns were observed with 5 taps of TDECQ reference equalizer. (c) 2022 The Authors
