摘要
The solid solution BaTiO3-BiFeO3 ceramics have attracted great research interest due to its saturated hysteresis loop with a high maximum polarization (Pmax), especially in the field of ferroelectric, piezoelectric and energy -storage. In this work, novel lead-free relaxor ferroelectric ceramics (0.67-x)BiFeO3-0.33BaTiO3-xSr(Al0.5Ta0.5)O3 (BF-BT-xSAT) were prepared by a traditional solid-state reaction method. Remarkably, with SAT doping level of 0.1, BF-BT-0.1SAT ceramic displayed a good energy storage property with a recoverable energy storage density (Wrec) of-1.83 J/cm3 and an efficiency (eta) of-81.6%. Meanwhile, BF-BT-0.1SAT ceramic displayed an anti -fatigue stability under 120 kV electric field, which not only the variation of energy storage density satisfies <0.2%, but also the efficiency fluctuates no more than 0.9% in the broad range of 1 to 105 cycles. This work not only offers an innovative idea about the preparation of bismuth ferrite-based ceramic with high energy storage, but also provides candidate materials for continuously used ceramic capacitors.
