摘要
Climate change is among the most serious impediments to agricultural prosperity in rural areas, particularly livestock. Three pastoral systems: pastoral, semi-pastoral and agro-pastoral were identified from a field survey in the Ain Es Snoussi area in northwestern Tunisia. Their vulnerability to climate change was different and depended on their socio-economic resources. The survey results allowed us to community's adaptation response strategies to involve adjustments in pastoral and no-pastoral practises. However, the current state of the farms remains fragile despite the various adaptation measures adopted in response to climate change. The most vulnerable are landless and poor pastoralists.
