Monte Carlo study of magnetic properties of CrI3-like structure

摘要
In this study, we use Monte Carlo simulation to analyze the magnetic properties of the ferri-magnetic CrI3-like structure with mixed spin (3/2, 1) structures. We start from the ground-state phase diagrams, and then discuss magnetization, magnetic susceptibility, internal energy, specific heat and phase diagrams of critical temperature, and finally present hysteresis loops induced by different parameters. It is found that the CrI3-like structure can show compensation temperature, rich temperature-dependence magnetization curves and magnetic multi-hysteresis loops behav-iors such as double-loop, triple-loop and quintuple-loop.
