Impact of Tm3+/Ho3+co-dopded on structure and spectroscopic of NaY0.1Gd0.9(WO4)2 crystal

摘要
1 at.% Ho3+, x at.% Tm3+: NaY0.1Gd0.9(WO4)2 (x = 1, 3, 5, 7, 9) crystals were successfully prepared by Czochralski method. The phase and optical properties of the crystals were analyzed by X-ray diffraction, absorption spectrum and photoluminescence spectrum. The tetragonal structure of the crystal that determined by the experimental data didn't be changed, and crystal had excellent optical properties. In addition, the J-O intensity parameter and emission cross-section can be obtained. All these results indicate that present potential of Ho3+, Tm3+: NaY0.1Gd0.9(WO4)2 as a solid-state laser material around 2 mu m.
