摘要
In this study, zirconium (Zr) and titanium (Ti) were added to samarium-iron-cobalt (Sm(Fe0.7Co0.3)10) melt-spun ribbons in order to increase the coercivity of Sm(Fe0.7Co0.3)10 alloys without nitrogenation. The substitution of Zr for Sm in the Sm(Fe0.7Co0.3)10 alloys increased the saturation magnetization but decreased the coercivity. The substitution of Ti for (Fe0.7Co0.3) in the Sm(Fe0.7Co0.3)10 alloys decreased both the saturation magnetization and the coercivity. On the other hand, Ti substitution for (Fe0.7Co0.3) in the (Sm,Zr) (Fe0.7Co0.3)10 alloys resulted in an increase in coercivity. A high coercivity of 4.35 kOe was achieved in the (Sm0.6Zr0.4)(Fe0.7Co0.3)9.5Ti0.5 alloys. It was thus demonstrated that the coercivity of Sm(Fe0.7Co0.3)10 alloys can be improved by substitution with both the Ti and Zr.
