Ethics of identity and ethics of conviviality: the compatibility between ethical visions and the democratic rule of law

摘要：
The objective of this text is to offer a classification of the ethical visions in circulation in the current debate capable of identifying which of them are compatible or not with the concept and institutions of the democratic rule of law. The text starts from the analysis of some thought models present in animalist, feminist and decolonial ethical visions to identify problems of compatibility and problems of caricature, that is, which of these visions develop tensions and incompatibilities with or offer caricatured visions of the democratic rule of law. Based on these reflections, the text proposes a distinction between ethics of identity and ethics of coexistence and outlines the general lines of a multinormative institutional model that allows both to coexist democratically in the same political community.
