摘要：

Mites in the family Pachylaelapidae are widespread in the Palaearctic Region, where they are found mainly in decomposing organic material and soil (Masan, 2007). Taxonomic studies on the family in Turkiye have revealed 28 species, including the present work. Most of these species were recorded in the northeastern part of Turkiye, and most of them (21 species, 75%) were described as new. We have very limited information about the family Pachylaelapidae in other parts of Turkiye, including three species (Onchodellus siculus (Berlese, 1892), Pachydellus and O. karawaiewi is here recorded from Adana Province, which is in the Mediterranean region of Turkiye.
