摘要
To meta-analyze the command-dependent functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) in children with irritable bowel syndrome. We applied meta-analysis to explore which neurological disorders are involved in the occurrence and development of irritable symptoms. MEDIN, EMBS, and Distribution channel information platforms were researched in December 2021. Eight studies with aggregated estimates and the channels to get the analysis results of subgroups include: Stata 15.0 in systematic evaluation showed that small samples (median = 61, mean range = 5-17 years) showed irritability measurement, command, and calculation processes. Sensitivity, specificity, area under curve (AUC), scores and diagnostic odds ratio (DOR) were 0.85, 0.91, 0.96, and 0.36. Studies indicated sensitivity (85%) and medium specificity (91%) in the diagnosis of irritability in children. Sensitivity analysis included task heterogeneity, irritability measurement, stimulus type and excluding developmental age-driven differences, and the results were zero. This review suggests that well-designed fMRI studies explore neurocognitive functions that can be defined and help to clarify the neural mechanisms of irritability.
