摘要：
The whole-genome sequence of Staphylococcus epidermidis strain AH3 isolated from moribund farmed Nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) was performed using a combination of the Illumina and PacificPacific Biosciences (PacBio) sequencing platforms. The genome sequence is composed of a single chromosome of 2,464,380 bp with a GC content of 32.2% and 2,220 predicted protein-coding genes.
