摘要
Emotional education is a fundamental element of comprehensive education. In this regard, it is necessary to focus on the educational practices carried out by teachers, particularly those who work with early childhood, considering that the learning experiences established in the early years tend to be more lasting and stable. Taking this into account, the present research raises the question: "What are the emotional education competencies in the educational practices of the teachers who work with early childhood in "Los Centros de Desarrollo de la Corporacion PAN?" To answer this question, ethnographic research was conducted to describe and subsequently analyze the educational practices of the participating teachers regarding emotional education. The analysis of the information allowed us to conclude that emotional competencies are present in educational practices; however, there is a need to focus on the development of programs and activities that enhance the emotio-nal development of teachers. This, in turn, will equip them with appropriate strategies for managing their own emotions and enable them to provide more effective emotional education support to the popu-lation they serve.
