摘要：

A systematic literature review and evaluation of 24 publications, including 15 randomized controlled trials and 3 controlled clinical trials, has led to a reassessment of the efficacy of the surgical therapy of peri-implantitis. These results were used to update the S3 Level Guideline "Treatment of pen-implant diseases" (Registration number 083-023, V 2.0, status: 02.12.2022). This article aims to present non-reconstructive, reconstructive and combined procedures for the surgical treatment of peri-implantitis.
