摘要
Incivility is a significant problem in nursing education. The purpose of the study was to determine the impact of culture management on incivility in nursing students. Nursing faculty and students participated in a quasi-experimental study. The program included the formation of a committee, development of codes of conduct, giving positive scores for civil behaviors, and setting a vision. Behavioral changes were assessed before and after the intervention. There were significant differences between the two groups for perceived level and occurrence rate of incivility (p < .05).
