摘要
. Ultrasound systems have a higher chance of being insecure when exchanging patient data remotely. Therefore, cryptographic system security is the highest priority in ultrasound systems. To improve patient information security, we applied a random number function based on periodic and aperiodic waveforms, which change continuously. The randomization performances using the obtained images were measured and compared based on the periodic and aperiodic waveforms. The random number generation function-based systems can provide secure cryptographic capability and do not require periodic resets. To generate a random number with high entropy, the composite function of a periodic and aperiodic function forms is required for secure ultrasound systems.
