Design and Implementation of Enterprise HR Management Information System Based on Neural Network

In the era of big data, in the face of the rapid development of social economy and science and technology, enterprise human resources management should gradually get rid of the traditional concept of setting, according to the current application development background reasonable use of computer networking to complete rapid information exchange and processing, and build a systematic operation system structure. Therefore, on the basis of understanding the implementation of human resource management in enterprises at the present stage, this paper combines the idea of object programming to construct and design an enterprise human resource management information system with neural network as the core, and uses HTML + CSS as the front page of this system design, while MySQL refers to the background database. JSP, Struts2 and other technologies belong to the basic content of construction and development. The final positive results show that the human resource management information system based on neural network is more in line with the needs of practical work, and can further improve the overall operation efficiency and quality.
