Introduction: There is a lack of studies to guide nursing faculty to meet the needs of students regarding sexual and reproductive health (SRH) topics. Aim: This qualitative study explored the knowledge and confidence in counseling clients on SRH topics in prelicensure nursing students. Method: Semistructured interviews (n = 20) evoked descriptions of the lived experiences of prelicensure nursing students. Saldana's First Cycle/Second Cycle constant comparative method was used for data analysis. Results: Three themes were identified: Motivated by Prior Education Experience, Google as a Manual, LGBTQIA Curious. Discussion: Emerging themes can assist nursing faculty in designing and delivering curricula to BSN students regarding SRH care. (c) 2023 Organization for Associate Degree Nursing.
