摘要
The GO/silane sealant was formed on the oxide coating, prepared by plasma electrolytic oxidation (PEO) on titanium, using the sol-gel process. The interaction with osteoblastic MC3T3-E1 cells revealed that GO/silane had a beneficial effect on promoting cell response and proliferation such that the entire surface was covered after 1 d of culture. The results of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy in the simulated inflammatory medium at 37 degrees C clarified that the sealant developed a superior impedance modulus of over five times up to 7 d of im-mersion. The impedance modulus decreased by passing immersion time, but it maintained its superiority over the PEO coating during 14 d. The incorporation of GO delayed the degradation rate of the silane sealant. Moreover, calcium phosphate compounds did not precipitate due to inflammatory conditions.
