摘要
A simple econometric model predicting the effects of key drivers of climate change on the real GDP is constructed. It shows quantitatively how GDP is affected by carbon dioxide emissions and energy produced from renewable sources (excluding hydroelectricity). Moreover, the model also demonstrates that increasing energy consumption using fossil fuels at the expense of renewable sources negatively impacts GDP.
