Wearable, High-Sensitivity Piezoresistive Pressure Sensor Based on MWCNTs/NiMoO4@CMF for Real-Time Monitoring of Human Activities

摘要
Wearable pressure sensors play an important role in monitoring human health and disease and have been of wide concern by researchers. However, it is still difficult to obtain flexible sensors with ultrahigh monitoring limits, high sensitivity, and wide linear range. In this paper, inspired by pine branches in nature, a nanoneedle-like NiMoO4 was constructed on a carbonized sponge by the hydrothermal method. It was used as the backbone of pine branches and combined with MWCNTs as branches by electrostatic self-polymerization. Imitating the efficient mutual inductance structure between pine branches, the sensor can enhance the detection with little pressure. The sensor shows extremely high linear detection ranges and good detection limits. It can detect all kinds of tiny stresses in daily life. In addition, by cooperating with the Arduino system, the sensing device can be perfectly combined with daily necessities such as masks and realize human body detection in real-time and upload it to the cloud. Therefore, the sensor has excellent application potential in the fields of medical rehabilitation and the internet of things. In addition, the design of this structure also provides an idea for the study of the piezoresistive properties of three-dimensional porous materials.
