摘要
Die Radiofrequenzablation (RFA) ist derzeit Erstlinientherapie bei hepatozellularen Karzinomen (HCC) im Fruhstadium, die nicht chirurgisch behandelt werden konnen. Allerdings kommt es nach der RFA nicht selten zu einer lokalen Tumorprogression und bisher gibt es keine einheitlichen Leitlinien, wie diese am besten zu behandeln ist.
