摘要：

This article explores the shifts in the research agenda on social mobilization in Argentina, specifically the transition from studying social movements to studying political commitment. The authors analyze the development of research under these paradigms and discuss the scope and limitations of this transformation. They propose a comparative analysis of different domains and scenarios where political commitment could be studied (the role of political professionals, union militants, social activists in electoral politics, institutional activism in social policies, activism of victims' movements, forms of legal activism, and political commitment in religious organizations). The article highlights the changing dynamics of mobilization and the need for a broader understanding of political commitment in contemporary society.
