摘要
The abstraction of concepts, relationships and dynamics present in Biochemistry and related areas is a constant challenge to the teaching-learning given the visual literacy of symbols, schemes, graphs, drawings, and experimental data. In this sense we develop a website for the use of three freely distributed softwares applied to Biochemistry contents (Jmol, R, and Sisma). The website aims to contribute to an active, self-explanatory, and progressive learning process, both regarding the contents and the software applications. Furthermore, as web browsers can be executed on different technological platforms for the programs, together with the use of commented scripts for execution, the website allowed the reproduction, modification, and creation of code chunks, simulations, animations, and even projects for a large abroad of Biochemistry problems, thus targeting to a reproducible education-based self-management for both face-to-face or non-presential education.
