摘要
A theoretical model for homogeneous catalysis for oxidationandreduction processes is presented. This model is described by a systemof nonlinear differential equations, in which the nonlinear term isrelated to the one-electron, one-step homogeneous reactions. The systemof nonlinear equations in steady-state voltammetry at a slow scanrate is solved using a new analytical method known as the Rajendran-Joymethod. The concentration of species, current-voltage, andturnover frequency curves have been obtained in simple and closedforms. The effects of two rate constants and two bulk concentrationsof species on the current and turnover frequency are explored. Thereis a good agreement when our approximate analytical results are comparedto numerical (MATLAB) results. The sensitivity analysis of the parameterson the current-voltage curve was also provided.
