摘要
Migration elderly generation: Spaniards returning Since 2014, the number of elderly Spaniards returning from Venezuela has increased significantly, and part of this emigrant population consists of people returning to Spain after having lived abroad for more than half a century. In this light, we set out to study this diaspora from a qualitative perspective, based on testimonies that reveal some of the particular characteristics of this migratory phenomenon. In our conclusion, we highlight the fact that, in addition to the difficulties inherent to the return process, in this case we have to factor in vulnerability factors, such as migrating at a non-working age and not being able to benefit from the allowances obtained from years of working in Venezuela.
