Bending tailored conducting behavior in freestanding La0.67Sr0.33MnO3 (LSMO) film

摘要
Bending is one of the most common scenes for wearable devices based on functional films. In this work, we use a modified method to peel off La0.67Sr0.33MnO3 (LSMO) film and transfer it onto soft polyethylene terephthalate (PET) to get freestanding LSMO film. The conducting test is performed under different bending curvature, which provides strain with different magnitudes, and the change in results is analyzed as the bending curvature increases. The mechanism is analyzed, and we do believe the work is sort of meaningful in flexible device preparation, as well as the theoretical analysis in oxide electronic field.
