摘要：
AR affects sleep impairment, with multiple studies demonstrating an association between symptom severity and sleep disturbance. Currently, management of sleep impairment in AR consists of pharmacologic therapy, such as antihistamines and INCS, with AIT and ITR with or without septoplasty as options in specific cases (Fig. 2). In general, any patient with AR should be considered for sleep evaluation via screening questionnaires with a low bar for PSG evaluation given the relation among AR, sleep impairment, and SDB.
